A 3 day course in Berlin. A lovely mixture of workshops, experiences and museum and gallery visits. Tuesday 30th March, Wednesday 31st March and Thursday 1st April 2027. Further details and itinerary to follow.

The total cost of the course is £300. Payments are due:

£100 by 30th September 2026 (places may sell quickly)

£100 by 30th November 2026

£100 by 30th January 2027

Terms and Conditions

Welcome — we’re so glad you’re joining us in Berlin. To keep everything running smoothly and make sure everyone has a great experience, here are the key things you need to know.

Booking & Payment

Your place is confirmed once payment (or your deposit) is received. Deposits are non‑refundable. Final balances need to be paid by the deadline so we can secure venues and accommodation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel:

• More than 60 days before: refund minus deposit

• 30–60 days before: 50% refund

• Less than 30 days before: no refund You’re welcome to transfer your place to someone else if you can’t attend.

If we ever have to cancel (very unlikely), you’ll receive a full refund of the course fee.

Travel & Accommodation

Travel and accommodation to Berlin aren’t included, and you’re responsible for your own flights, trains, visas and insurance.

Course Schedule

We aim to deliver everything exactly as advertised, but occasionally small changes to tutors or timings may be needed. We’ll always let you know as soon as possible.

Health & Safety

Please tell us about any medical or access needs in advance so we can support you. You’re responsible for your own wellbeing during the course, and we recommend travel/health insurance.

Your Belongings

Please look after your sketchbooks, materials and personal items — we can’t take responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

Photos & Creative Work

We sometimes take photos during sessions for Sketchbook Circle’s website and social media. You can opt out at any time. Everything you create remains yours.

Your Data

We only use your information for course administration and communication. We don’t share it unnecessarily, and you can ask us to delete it after the course.
